These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 365pkr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://365pkr.cam. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other details required during the registration or KYC process. The provision of false, misleading or fabricated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To access full Platform features, Users are required to complete the registration process and, where applicable, pass identity verification (KYC). The following provisions govern this process:
Registration requires you to submit personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
As part of our compliance obligations, Users may be required to submit identity documents including a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), international passport, proof of residential address and, where required, a liveness check or selfie. Document requirements may vary and are subject to Operator specifications.
You must upload documents exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification interface. You must never alter, obscure, falsify or misrepresent any identity document. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 365pkr shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

365pkr reserves the right to monitor Platform usage for compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate action — including suspension or termination of access — where violations are identified.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 365pkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law:

All PKR-denominated bonus figures (such as PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 5,000 birthday reward or PKR 25,000 welcome bonus) presented on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live offers from the Operator. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified by the Operator. A wagering requirement means the bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be bet through a specified number of times before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. 365pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. 365pkr may retain relevant account data and transaction records as required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
